At Arleene Forge, each product is individually handmade and made to order. Because of the handcrafted nature of our products, we maintain a strict refund and return policy. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.


All Sales Are Final

All orders placed through our website are considered final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:

  • Change of mind.

  • Buyer's remorse.

  • Ordering by mistake.

  • Ordering the wrong item.

  • Deciding you no longer want the product.

  • Personal preferences regarding appearance, color, artistic details, or design elements.

  • Shipping delays outside of our control.

  • Failure to read product descriptions, processing times, or store policies before purchasing.


Handmade Product Disclaimer

All products sold by Arleene Forge are handmade and individually crafted. As a result, every piece is unique and may contain natural variations.

The product images displayed on our website are intended to represent the overall design, theme, and artistic style of the item. They are not a guarantee that the item received will be an exact replica of the product shown in the listing photographs.

Due to the handmade nature of our products and the large volume of orders we receive, it is not possible to recreate every detail of every product with complete precision. Variations may occur in:

  • Colors and shading.

  • Resin patterns and textures.

  • Placement of decorative elements.

  • Background scenery and artistic details.

  • Positioning of figures or objects.

  • Overall appearance and finishing details.

While we make every reasonable effort to maintain consistency, customers acknowledge that the product received may differ from the listing images.

By placing an order, you understand and agree that the final product is guaranteed to substantially resemble the advertised design and will generally reflect approximately 80% of the appearance, theme, and overall design shown in the product images, while allowing for normal handmade variations.

These variations are expected and are not considered defects, damage, misrepresentation, or grounds for a refund, return, exchange, cancellation, or chargeback.


No Returns for Appearance Differences

Returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, disputes, or chargebacks will not be accepted because:

  • The product does not look exactly like the listing photographs.

  • Colors appear slightly different.

  • Handmade details differ from the images.

  • Artistic elements are arranged differently.

  • The customer expected an exact replica of the photographs.

Customers purchasing handmade products acknowledge and accept that variations are an inherent part of the handmade process.


Damaged or Defective Products

Refunds or replacements may only be considered if a product arrives damaged or defective.

To qualify for review, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Clear photographs of the damaged item.

  • Clear photographs of all packaging materials.

  • Clear photographs of the shipping box.

  • Clear photographs of the shipping label.

  • A description of the issue.

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in the claim being denied.


Claim Review Process

All damage and defect claims are reviewed individually.

We reserve the right to:

  • Request additional photographs or information.

  • Determine whether the issue is a defect, shipping damage, or normal handmade variation.

  • Approve or deny any claim at our sole discretion.

Approval of a claim does not automatically guarantee a refund.


Replacement or Refund Determination

If a claim is approved, Arleene Forge may choose, at its sole discretion, to:

  • Replace the item.

  • Repair the item when possible.

  • Issue a partial refund.

  • Issue a full refund.

The remedy offered will depend on the circumstances of the claim.


Non-Eligible Claims

The following situations are not eligible for refunds, returns, replacements, or exchanges:

  • Change of mind.

  • Buyer's remorse.

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers.

  • Delays caused by customs processing.

  • Delays caused by weather, holidays, or events outside our control.

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Damage occurring after delivery.

  • Improper use, storage, or handling of the product.

  • Handmade variations.

  • Differences between the delivered item and listing photographs.


Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact us before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

In the event of a chargeback, we reserve the right to provide the payment processor with documentation including:

  • Order records.

  • Tracking information.

  • Delivery confirmation.

  • Customer communications.

  • Product descriptions.

  • Store policies accepted at checkout.

Claims based on handmade variations, production timelines, or differences between listing photographs and delivered products that fall within normal handmade expectations may be disputed using this documentation.
